Since January 1, 2026, SCC has been responsible for managing Belval Plaza shopping centre in Luxembourg.
With nearly 37,000 sqm of retail space, more than 80 stores and approximately 8.5 million visitors in 2025, Belval Plaza is a major retail asset located at the heart of a dynamic area undergoing significant transformation.
As part of this mandate, SCC will oversee leasing, property management, centre operations, on-site management and marketing, with the aim of modernising the retail offering, enhancing the customer journey and strengthening operational standards.
SCC has also been appointed to manage Bonneveine shopping centre in Marseille, an iconic destination in the city's 8th arrondissement.
An open-air shopping centre established in 1976, Bonneveine is home to nearly 50 stores, including a Carrefour hypermarket, and is located in an area undergoing major transformation.
This new mandate further strengthens SCC's long-standing presence in southern France, where it already manages several major retail assets, including Les Terrasses du Port, Grand Var, Avant Cap, Buld’air and Les Allées Provençales. SCC will draw on its in-depth knowledge of the region to deliver its property management and leasing responsibilities.
These new mandates reflect SCC's growth strategy and reinforce its position as a key player in the retail real estate sector. They also highlight the strength of its longstanding expertise and its ability to deliver high-value-added services on complex projects, both in France and internationally.
