🔹 Les 4 Pavillons Shopping Centre – Lormont
A long-standing local landmark on the right bank of the Bordeaux metropolitan area since its opening in 1974, Les 4 Pavillons is home to more than 70 stores and a Carrefour hypermarket, spanning approximately 40,000 sqm. SCC is taking over the management of this jointly owned property, as well as the centre's overall management, which includes retailers such as Action, Marionnaud and Foot Locker.
🔹 Carré des Blanchisseries Retail Park – Voiron
Located within one of Voiron's main retail hubs, in the Grenoble metropolitan area, this retail park offers a diverse retail mix, with around 40 stores across approximately 15,000 sqm. Retailers on site include Grand Frais and King Jouet. On behalf of a Family Office, SCC has been appointed to handle the centre's leasing.
🔹 Villars Shopping Centre – near Saint-Étienne
With 55 stores spanning approximately 25,000 sqm, Villars is a major retail destination for the Saint-Étienne area. The owners have appointed SCC to manage the jointly owned property and its ASL (Association Syndicale Libre – property owners' association).
🔹 Guilherand-Granges Shopping Centre – near Valence
With more than 40 stores across approximately 22,000 sqm, this retail asset contributes significantly to the retail offering of the Valence metropolitan area. SCC has been awarded a property management mandate, reflecting the owners' confidence in its expertise.
