France's leading Property Management company has been appointed to manage a new retail asset, Lomme shopping centre (in the Lille metropolitan area); has renewed and expanded its partnership with Les Allées Provençales (Aix-en-Provence) to support its new Asset Manager, MARK; secured a new mandate from Colliers covering 36 ground-floor retail units; and won a new management mandate for the Aulnoy-lez-Valenciennes shopping centre, owned by the Strauss Group.
